Hydrologic Sciences Early Career Award

Basic Information

The Hydrologic Sciences Early Career Award is given annually to recognize outstanding contributions to the Science of Hydrology, education, or societal impacts by a scientist at his or her early career stage. This prestigious award acknowledges early career prominence and promise of continued contributions to hydrologic science.

Awardees show exceptional promise of continued contributions to the hydrological sciences, for an early career scientist, (1) through research, educational, or other accomplishments; and/or (2) the societal impact of his/her work. A list of past recipients is available on the Hydrology section website.

CITATION/SCOPE STATEMENT

For outstanding contributions to the Science of Hydrology, education, or societal impacts by a scientist at his or her early career stage.
